The journey to becoming a healer is lifelong, and it almost always begins with turning our awareness within.

In this 8 week course, we’ll explore the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of the 7 main Chakras. Chakra is a Sanskrit word which translates as “wheel” or “disk.” The Chakra system is a complex network of energetic pools within the body that flow like a spiritual nervous system. Understanding the chakras is a potent gateway to understanding our needs, experiences, and trauma.

Each week you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into the energetic qualities of each of the seven main centers, while experiencing for yourself how they interrelate and intersect with different aspects of your own life. Every class will include an in-depth exploration of the Chakra and a guided meditation to awaken that specific center to experience the Chakras in the fullness of our presence.

Part I of Journey through the Chakras is a prerequisite to Part II.

4 Days of Education + Hands-On Healing Practice

In this hands-on healing workshop, we’ll explore Chakra + Aura Anatomy, intuitive healing practices, and hands-on techniques to cultivate a healing practice.

This course is designed to equip you with the tools, practices, rituals, and wisdom you need to get started on this lifelong journey to becoming a healer. Deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom and intuitive techniques, this class is centered on bringing authenticity to your healing practice so that you may move forward in your journey, humbled and empowered to serve the community around you. 

You’ll be given the tools and practices to engage with energy body of others to move forward as a hands-on healer. Each day we’ll explore the relationship between Prana (life force energy) and the energy body. You’ll learn rituals to protect your energy when interacting with others and effective ways to create communities of care through nonviolent communication and compassion-based intake processing.
