We spend years of our lives sitting in different scenarios-from driving, public transit, at desks, restaurants, on the couch and in front of the computer. We can optimize the efficiency of sitting by connecting our body to our awareness through thought.
This workshop will be an introduction to Alexander Technique along with a series of guided movements and techniques you can take with you to relieve tension, promote healthy joints and posture.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and socks. Bring a mat or towel to sit on as we will be on the grass :)
