Holistic nutrition is an approach to eating that views food as more than fuel to keeps your body going. Anyone who has gone on a diet knows that it works for a little while, but it's not always sustainable. A holistic nutritionist provides not only dietary guidance but lifestyle suggestions too, recognizing the spiritual, mental, and physical components of health.
Yoga mat or blanket/towel is optional as we'll be sitting on in the grass :)
All of the Wellness Wednesday gatherings are FREE, with a suggested love donation of $5-10. Donations can be made to Viva la Verde, our community health fund. Sign up below, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
