While the Moon is not visible from our perspective on Earth, her energy affects all living beings, bringing about a sense of quiet change and deep inspiration. In the Dark of the New Moon, we are offered an opportunity to reflect inward and connect to our inner wisdom to plant the seeds of intention for the cycle ahead.

Join Verde for a very special New Moon Sound Healing Ceremony on Wednesday, October 6th. We’ll begin with a guided relaxation to dive deep into our bodies’ innate capacity for healing with our yoga instructor Stella Lee, followed by Sound Healing with our massage therapist Abbie Brasch. Through meditative stillness and cleansing vibrational healing, we’ll offer our bodies, minds, and spirits a chance to rest and reset.
