Celebrate the longest day of the year by embracing the light & honoring the sun at our Solstice Celebration!
This team-taught workshop series is a wonderful way for you to experience the amplified energy of this special day.
We’ll begin with an energizing sunshine Yoga practice led by Stella Lee, followed by our next Seasonal Self-Care Workshop w/our Studio Manager & Ayurvedic Health Counselor Olga Steele, then Verde owner/founder Crystal Dorado will close out our celebration with a guided a Solar Plexus Chakra meditation + Solstice blessing at noon when the sun is highest.

About the Event
The Sun’s cycle throughout the year can be a metaphor of our own personal growth cycle; stepping away from darkness, and harnessing our inner creative power. This is about our potential as an individual; the power to give, as well as the power to receive. Our Summer Solstice Celebration offers time to connect with our own inner light to help us to find our way home to the peace and ease that resides within, and invites us into cultivating healthy summertime rituals.
No experience necessary, just a curious mind and a willingness to open your heart to the lessons the universe may be offering you at the beginning of the Solstice Season. All are welcome!
