Where Art and Healing Intersect

  • Verde Holistic Wellness Studio 905 West 18th Street Chicago, IL, 60608 United States (map)

Join us for a unique workshop exploring the intersection of Art and Healing through spoken word performance, guided meditation, and yoga.

Art can be a powerful practice to bring grounding through our life’s challenges. This event will explore how healing and art can work together to help us process our hardship, trauma, and move forward with greater wisdom and intuition.

Tanae B will share her story and a spoken word performance on how art has served her healing journey, followed by a guided yoga practice with Em Hall to help us unpack any feelings and energies that arise through the process. This event is designed to bring a sense of release and lightness about life, reducing stress and negative thinking.
