About this Event

Taking time out to practice self-love is crucial for everyone, as is taking the time to let go of the tension, limitations, and traumas stored in our bodies to make way for more positive energy.

Verde's Womb Healing Meditations are designed with this purpose in mind.  This event is for anybody who may be holding tension, trauma, or grief in the womb area and wishes to release it. Womb work is a calling that comes to you when the time is right. It can be activated through crisis, chaos, death + breakdown of old ways of being. Through the initiations of childbirth, miscarriage, menopause, relationship breakdowns, the ending of careers and health wake up calls. The Divine Feminine within is calling us home to truth, to heal our inner children and befriend our wounds, to reach far beyond what we have been told to believe.

What You Can Expect

We’ll begin with a short restorative movement practice with our yoga teacher Stella Lee, then Verde’s founder Crystal Dorado will guide us into a deep meditation to connect with our Womb Space, asking the pain of sexual experiences to be released from our body’s stored memory, and to pave the way for greater sexual freedom, self expression, and divine pleasure.

By making space to release the energetic debris of our past sexual experiences, we gain access to new opportunities for creativity, vitality, and embodied healing. The Womb is a place of holding; just as the Womb as a physical organ incubates life for up to nine months, the Womb as an energetic center is also the incubator of lasting trauma and experience, with the capacity to offer us deep healing. Perhaps this is why so many illnesses - from digestion to back pain to jaw tension - can be addressed starting from the pelvis. When we begin to move through trauma, we have the potential to become more embodied to love ourselves and to love others.

Being in authentic connection with the world around us begins with healing our wounded parts. When we are able to practice self-love consistently, returning over and over to a soft heart in the face of our own suffering, eventually we’re able to let go of our negative thought patterns and find ourselves transformed.

This event will be recorded, and registered participants will receive a link to the recording 48-72 hours after the live event ends.

Gender Equity + Inclusivity

While many of us may associate the word “womb” to the female reproductive organs, or more specifically, the uterus, the Womb is much more than a physical organ. It is an energetic space which encompasses the pelvic region. Whether you’ve had a hysterectomy or possess male reproductive organs, you can still benefit deeply from Womb centered healing. Womb work is for everyone and is a gender-inclusive practice of self understanding. The Womb center functions like a holding place or a vessel. We store energetic imprints of relationships, memories, traumas in this space, which can stay buried in the body’s stored memory and actually create energetic blocks. The Womb center is also the seat of our wisdom and our creative power. It is where we bring forth new ideas and ways of being into the world. Birthing takes place far beyond just the physical form of a child. When energy blocks form here in the Sacral Chakra, it impacts our sense of self, our ability to form healthy relationships, and our creative energy from flowing freely.

Womb healing has the ability to:

  • Reduce anxiety

  • Overcome grief and loss

  • Wash away anger

  • Release resentment

  • Navigate life transitions

  • Handle stress effectively

  • Remove negative spirit attachments and energies

  • Aid you with your spiritual longing and finally open your heart
