Womb Yoga is a celebration of the Divine Feminine within us all, embodied by the Moon and her cycles.
Together we’ll explore the wisdom of the Lunar Cycle as it reflects and illuminates the intuitive power of the womb space. To practice Womb Yoga is to nurture, embrace, and connect to the blood wisdom of our bodies as the source of intuition and to honor the womb as a portal to our vital life force.
By connecting to our cyclical rhythm, we can learn to release guilt, shame, or anger around past experiences to fully embody our deepest knowing. We’ll find sanctuary in rest, explore delicious feminine asana flows, and tune into the inner guidance of our sacred source of wisdom.
