About Dr. Rosita Arvigo

Rosita Arvigo is a traditional healer, doctor of naprapathy, master herbalist, and inspiring author who has lived and studied with traditional healers in central America for over three decades. Most notable was her ten year apprenticeship with the famous Maya shaman, Don Elijio Panti, from whom she learned the abdominal massage techniques, spiritual healing, and the pharmacopeia of medicinal rainforest plants.
