Wellness Wednesday: Chanting Circle

  • Verde Holistic Wellness Studio 905 West 18th Street Chicago, IL, 60608 United States (map)

We are so excited to share our summer programming initiative Wellness Wednesdays.

Come and join our chanting circle and be a force for positive change.

Mantra chanting is an ancient practice dating back centuries in a multitude of traditions and cultures. We invite you to join us and experience the healing power of voice. We'll come together as a community to change our collective vibration.

Each mantra is designed to raise your vibration, releasing blockages in the energy body and promoting a sense of deep peace. By coming together and setting a collective intention for wellbeing, we can express our deepest compassion for ourselves, one another, and the Earth.

Space is limited so be sure to reserve your seat here!

About Wellness Wednesdays:

Join us each month for a free activity promoting health, creativity, and well being with our beloved practitioners. This series is an invitation to connect with our teachers and share space for healing, wellbeing, and support with kindred spirits.

All of our Wellness Wednesday offerings are FREE for community members, with a suggested love donation of $5-10. Donations can be made to our Community Health Fund Viva la Verde (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds).
