We are so excited to share our summer programming initiative Wellness Wednesdays.
Pregnancy is a transitional time for a mom, when many physical and emotional changes take place. Sometimes staying grounded during this period can be difficult. This class is an invitation for all expecting mothers to reconnect within, celebrate the very essence of growing life inside your body, and acknowledge your greatness in this process. While connecting breath to movement and gentle stretches, you will be guided through a series of postures that will help prepare you for pregnancy and giving birth.
The intention for this offering is to cultivate a deeper connection with your growing baby. By moving with intention and acknowledging your own strength in your movement and breath, you can open your mind to discovering new ways to navigate your changing body with gratitude, acceptance, and grace.

Join us each month for a free activity promoting health, creativity, and well being with our beloved practitioners. This series is an invitation to connect with our teachers and share space for healing, wellbeing, and support with kindred spirits.
All of our Wellness Wednesday offerings are FREE for community members, with a suggested love donation of $5-10. Donations can be made to our Community Health Fund Viva la Verde (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds).
